ORDER ACCURACY

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• Clear photos of the product and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will work to resolve the issue appropriately.

All orders are processed within the stated processing time listed on our website. Once your order has been shipped, Dolls Galore is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
